It's just a short walk to Coligny Plaza, the world famous Tiki Hut, or the beach. Amenities include: • 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths • 1 King, 2 Twins, Sleeper Sofa • Spectrum Cable and Wifi • 3 Flat Screen TV's • 4 Free Adult Bicycles • 4 Free Beach Chairs •Community Pool (Open April through the end of September) This 2nd story unit has a fully stocked kitchen, with all of the amenities of home, as well as an open floor plan dining and living area where the whole family can gather. A balcony off of the living room overlooks the lagoon and fountain. The large sliding glass doors provide plenty of daylight to give a bright, airy feeling in the living room, while the large flat screen TV provides entertainment for the family. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with their own flat screen TV and ensuite baths in each bedroom. Tanglewood Villas is located in the heart of the South Forest Beach community on Hilton Head, known for its beautiful beaches and dozens of shops and restaurants all just a short walk from your front door. With over 60 miles of bicycle paths, Hilton Head is a bicyclists dream, and 4 free Adult Beach Cruisers from South Beach Cycles are included with your stay. Alerted management that the dryer lint trap needed to be cleaned out, it was packed with lint and took 3 hours to dry a load of clothes. The bathrooms had heavy traces of hair. The toilets were simply nasty. We spent the first hour cleaning up behind the previous guests in these areas. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty with sticky residue from not being properly wiped down. The rest of the week was great. But the initial cleanliness of the place was a bit too much to take in. Especially for the the price we paid for the unit. A refund of sort would have been nice. But we got a simple, “We apologize for the inconvenience” via email and a visit from the cleaners after we had cleaned up their shortcomings. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The bikes and beach equipment were a bonus. We rode the bikes to the beach, to dinner, and to explore the island. The unit comes supplied with a small stock of toiletries which need to be restocked if you’re staying for more than a day. We loved the location and enjoyed the resident alligator in the pond.
