Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 5 minutes, bike in 3 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club. Read on: BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2\. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone. No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house. POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. The house was clean and spacious and had all the essentials. It was in a great location in walking distance from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and golf. My husband and I reside locally, and they came to the rescue after a plumbing leak in our home. This is not the first stay in a BestNest home, and it is always our first choice for staycations on Hilton Head Island. We can always count on their homes to be in great locations, wonderfully decorated, well-appointed, and, most importantly, clean! Great selection of dog-friendly homes. There are great people working there. The home was well appointed, magnificently decorated, and well supplied, especially in the kitchen. The location was perfect for us, an easy walk to the beach. It was too cold to use the pool, but we did notice the pool area didn't get much direct sunshine. Two suggestions: the color balance of the TV in the master bedroom is way off (all pink) and you might mention that the 5G option of the internet is the faster option. ##### Gary C.
