Our FAQ: HOW FAR TO BEACH: Quick drive to the Beach Club in 3 minutes, or to the seasonal Beach Trolley lot. Please read on: BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, just off the Fraser Circle. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire. My family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 young kids) stayed here with my MIL and it absolutely perfect. The best part of of the house is actually the entryway - plenty of room to drop of shoes, beach stuff, pool toys, you name it. We loved the backyard and spent every minute we weren't at the beach out there. The pool was perfect and we loved that it gets cleaned twice a week. Bestbest really does provide everything you need, which was wonderful and saved us so much time packing. If I had to make a complaint, it's the lack of kitchen storage. I'm not one who likes kitchen clutter and this house comes with so much that there's barely any room for your food. We were also surprised that for a house with a pool there is a startling lack of plastic dishes. We ate outside every night but didn't want to take real dishes or glass outside, so we had to do dishes every night. Not a big deal, but there's a LOT of glass in that kitchen. This home is amazing and slerps 6 comfortably. The high end appliances and gorgeous remodel made our stay so comfortable. We wanted a home with a heated pool so that we could ensure social distancing and knew we would be doing a lot of other outdoor activities that would safe. This is house is beautiful - especially loved all of the glass, which made for nice views of our surroundings - and, it is equipped with everything we needed for the week. The check-in process was seamless and we were in the house by 4:15pm. The house was spotless, clean and all amenities included. A nice welcome note and goodies was a welcome surprise. We thought there was an issue with the pool, which our family enjoyed immensely, but it turned out to be nothing - Beverly investigated the outside and pool heater after 7pm on a Saturday to verify. The house is beautifully updated, very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels, chairs, and beach toys were great and put to good use! We heated the pool and it was very warm and the kids had a blast. Beds were very comfortable! Highly recommend the bike rental- such a close trip over to Harbour Town! Beautiful, extremely clean and fully stocked with amenities that you would have in your household.we traveled with a total of three couples and each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The pictures don't fully describe how beautiful this property is. And it's a great location in Sea Pines with lots to do. We did not use the pool because it was over NYE and quite cool.
