The main level of the house offers a comprehensive and well-thought-out layout, providing both comfort and functionality. As you enter from the ground floor, you're immediately greeted by the spacious living area. This central hub connects various rooms and serves as the heart of the home. Starting with the bedrooms, the first one you encounter is a luxurious King bedroom, complete with a generously sized private bathroom. This offers a comfortable and private retreat for anyone staying in this room. Moving along the hallway, you'll find two more bedrooms—the double twin room and the Queen with Bunk room. These rooms share a convenient full hallway bathroom located just outside their doors, ensuring easy access for all occupants. Continuing through the living room, you come across the fourth bedroom on this level. This room boasts a King bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to both the pool deck and the grill deck. We had a couple of things we needed to call Beachside Getaway about and they were fantastic—easy to get ahold of and very quick to try and accommodate us. The kitchen might be small for a larger group but there are lots of dishes, pots, pans, etc so it would work. Multiple dining areas too! Huge pool, heated well once it was turned on. The screened roof keeps out debris from trees and it was brighter than the pictures made it appear— it was really nice sitting out there. Lots of beach and bath towels provided, which was great.
