In the front of the home, there is a private courtyard that leads to the front door entrance. Walking through the French doors you will notice the nautical themed living area just down the hall. The living area consists of the dining room with seating for six, breakfast table with seating for four, and living room with wet bar, TV, and panoramic views of the golf course. From the living area, you can enter the kitchen which has plenty of counter space and storage. The kitchen is equipped with cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room which has a washer and dryer and access to the car port. Continuing the first floor you will find the master bathroom. The bathroom has granite countertops, his and her sinks, and a walk-in shower with a bench. The master bedroom is the perfect retreat to relax and has just been updated with a King-sized bed. It has a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and a private sun deck that connects to the back deck. The second floor has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds with a full bath and granite countertops. The next bedroom has a queen bed with a flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet. Connecting this room to the last bedroom is a shared bathroom with granite countertops and a large sink. Finally, we have the third bedroom. This room has not one but two queen beds with a beautiful private sun porch looking out onto the golf course and sound. As you walk outside the back deck of this home gives you the ultimate Hilton Head experience! A petite pool is in the middle of the large sun deck complete with seating for the whole family and the incredible view of the 16th and 17th of the famous Harbor Town Golf Course. While enjoying the pool and view you can also cookout on the grill and dine at the outdoor table with seating up to six. This home has a coastal flair with a touch of nautical elegance. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans. \-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited \-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers \-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit. \-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times \-Do not disturb the wildlife. Drove / flew down from Niagara, Canada to our favourite place Hilton Head and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay in Sea Pines. 5 adults and an infant. Location was superb, home was clean, kitchen was useful, pool was enjoyable, and walking distance to Harbour Town shops and restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner! We enjoyed watching the golfers on hole 16, the sunsets on 18, and the wildlife in the pond behind us! Got up early and walked the golf course in the AM and went there for breakfast one day. Check-in and process coming in and out of Sea Pines was very easy. About 10 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club that we enjoyed and we even made use of the community pool with our 1 year old that is just past the HTGC clubhouse. It was clean, spacious and in a great location. Communication with the owners was easy and the responses were very quick. We had a small issue with the ice maker and after leaving them a message late at night they were there to fix it early the next morning. I definitely recommend this property! ##### Jesse A. We enjoyed pool, sat and watch the afternoon storms under the covered deck, loved watching birds and alligator in lagoon behind house. It is within easy walking and biking distance to Harbour Town. The view of the golf course and lagoon are beautiful. We enjoyed seeing an alligator, turtle, and many beautiful birds. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything a family would need. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this house was by far our favorite. The renting process and rental managing company were top notch. We would definitely consider going back to this house again. ##### Tracie E. The accommodations were nice and just as described and the house had all we needed (cooked in one night using the grill). The deck needs a little work (some warped boards and elevated nails) but it was wonderful to sit out there with a cocktail and enjoy the weather, view and course. Located close to a number of fine restaurants and Harbor Town within easy walking distance. Would return if group decides to do Hilton Head again. Thank you! ##### Michael P. Great location easy walk to Harbortown. 1hour from Savannah. House overlooked the golf course! Enough room for the 8 of us! Check in check out extremely easy. The rental group very very responsive. Answered back quickly and timely! Only issue slight musty odor when we first got there but opened doors and windows was fine for rest of stay. Overall would rent again! ##### john w. This was the first time we rented a house that was managed by Beachside Getaway. Their customer service is top notch! It began with communication before we arrived, and everyone was very attentive throughout our stay.This house is a large, very well decorated 2 story home located on the Harbour Town golf course. The location is ideal. We walked over to the light house/restaurants and shops frequently. We rented bikes and rode everywhere! But, we also thoroughly enjoyed being at the house and swimming in the pool. The deck/patio area is much larger than what you see in photos. There is a gas grill, which is a great touch! The whole house was very well stocked (much better than others we've rented) and it would be easy to stay for much longer than we did on this trip. I would say be careful in choosing who sleeps in each bedroom; the smaller of the 2 bedrooms that share the bathroom on the second floor definitely hears a lot of house/bathroom noises. The house itself is dated - do not expect luxury appointments. The carpets are dingy and stained, the decor simple, the appliances are old, but all the beds must have new mattresses because there were no complaints about comfort! The pool is small - fine for a quick cool off but not much more. The deck furniture is plastic and not comfortable. We enjoyed watching golfers approaching the 16th green and walking on the cart path in the evening to the sound. The management team was responsive and helpful with our requests. Overall a fine place for a week’s stay on beautiful Hilton Head Island! ##### Christine H.
