This four-bedroom, three-bathroom, third-floor, end unit, oceanfront condo is great for the entire family! There are three king bedrooms and a fourth room with two double beds, and all are equipped with TVs. Also, there are three private balconies with gorgeous views of the ocean. Just steps away from the beach and the pool, your vacation is sure to be relaxing. This condo has an updated open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. The dining table has four chairs and a long bench for seating of six to eight people. There are also two bar stools to give a full house full seating. The living room is bright and airy with amazing views, and a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The first oceanfront bedroom has a king bed and private balcony. This bedroom connects to the next guest bedroom via the shared bathroom. This guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV. The next guest bedroom features a private bathroom and king bed. I was told by the rental company that we would not be able to hear the music inside the condo which was not accurate!! We were traveling with two young children so that was problematic. I want others to know this before you rent this condo. Some music was fabulous but some was loud with heavy bass and off key singing! Just be aware.The only other concern we had was the beds in the room with two queens were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The three king beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms are very small in this condo but perfectly functional (great water pressure and plenty of hot water)and all of the beds were super comfortable. There were only 4 chairs on the balcony but we just moved some chairs over from the other balcony so we would have enough seating. The Coligny Beach area of HH is very convenient. We never were able to pick up our parking pass because the guard was never at the guard shack; when we finally saw him, it was a day before we were leaving so he said not to worry about it. Parking was convenient because we were the end unit we were next to the the stairwell so very easy to get down to our car. We would definitely come back to Hilton Head and rent this unit! ##### Jodi N. We love the Coligny area and my nephew’s destination wedding was right next door. The condo was very spacious and had amazing views. We appreciated that beach towels were provided however it was missing the beach chairs that the listing promised. That however wasn’t a big deal for us. We only went to the beach once since our kids enjoyed the pool and the weather was so warm! ##### Sara Z.
