Having rented quite a few pet-friendly places over the years, I can say that many places seem somewhat unclean and many have a distinct scent to them. Not this place! We found it clean and fresh smelling upon our arrival. Nicely decorated, too. A perfect location within Sea Pines. There were a few things that we didn't like and the villa showed definite signs of aging in places. Also, tennis enthusiasts should be aware that the included courts have been contracted out to Smith-Stearns for a number of hours in both the morning and afternoons so that's something to keep in mind. ##### Adam R. The amenities in the development , pool and tennis courts and bike storage were great. The condo itself was a good size for our family of 3 but it was not well equipped. The kitchen and bathrooms barely had anything to get us started. No sponge no detergent no beach towels. 1 roll of toilet paper The condo was also not very clean. Some of glasses/dishes were dirty. Closets were not clean. When we arrived a towel rack in bathroom fell down when hanging a towel on it. I called office to report this but never heard anything back. ##### Debra L.
