### 206 Barrington Arms- OCEANFRONT and BEAUTIFUL

Enjoy a fabulous vacation in this luxuriously appointed Barrington Villa. This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath offers phenomenal ocean views and is the perfect spot to enjoy coffee or a cocktail. Enjoy a large community heated\* pool, spa, and a beachside pavilion surrounded by landscaped grounds with meandering lagoons. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck to the gorgeous beach.   
  
\* POOL LEAK REPAIR 11/3- 1/31/26\. WORK WILL INCLUDE CUTTING INTO THE POOL DECK AND RECOATING AS NEEDED. POOL AREA, GRILL AND HOT TUB WILL BE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME. DATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.  
  
\* Please note that Barrington is conducting an improvement project on the beach access. The Ocean Lane, Wendover Dunes, and beachside entries to the crossover will be blocked and closed as well. The official start date for on-site work is December 15th and is targeted to be completed by March 7th. The entry to the beach crossover will be blocked, and signage will be posted to indicate that the area is closed and entry is not permitted. As an alternative, please use the beach access that is located between Hampton and the Omni Hotel.
