We had a really nice time at this property. It was very clean, nicely decorated and over looks a pond. We got to see some local wild life and everything is so convenient. The beach is a short walk and there are restaurants and a bar in the resort area. The surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful too. We would definitely book again. Pictures listed are accurate and the facilities are very nice around the complex. Check in was easy and the community was very family friendly. The beach supplies were a huge plus- beach chairs were in great working order unlike some other rentals we have visited. We also appreciated the number of outlets for charging devices in both bedrooms and the main living room. Keypad front door lock was a nice feature. Communication was quick with owner. Kitchen is stocked with every utensil you might need. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and have coffee on the porch. This was my first time staying in this unit on the tennis villa side, but I have rented from Kevin before and have never been disappointed - this time was no exception. The building was close enough for an easy walk to the restaurant/bars on site, the pools, and beach - but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. We loved the lagoon view from the balcony. The property manager was amazing and handled any little issues quickly! Couldn’t ask for better service! The condo was nice as well. My only complaints are very small bathrooms, the lack of a decent broom to sweep up the sand, and limited toilet paper/cleaning supplies/trash bags/towels. Villa was very clean and stocked with many amenities. It was a short walk to pool and ocean. We loved sitting on balcony overlooking lagoon in the morning and watching families fishing and even seeing the resident alligator swimming around. Unit had ample space for my I’ve and I and our two grown children. Kevin’s (property manager) was quick to respond to all communications and was very helpful through entire stay.
