This unit has been owner operated by BBC LandVentures LLC since 2005. No extra Resort Fees and owner is always available.

When looking for monthly stays, please send an inquiry first in order to ensure the best pricing. Please note that Fiddler's Cove is a gated community and does require all guest information for issuing security passes. The owner supplies the first guest car pass but all additional passes are $30-50 depending on when requested.

Enjoy your next vacation in our first floor Fiddler’s Cove Villa on the lovely Island of Hilton Head. Fiddler’s Cove is a private gated community. This is an easy access first floor villa in the building of 14 within the complex. Our remodeled family villa has brand new a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, dining area (seats six), living room, and TV/Cable. Unit has been upgraded with new carpet and tile floors through out and equipped with a keyless entry security system.

The master bedroom has a medium firmness king bed and flat screen TV/Cable. The the guest room has two firm twin beds with kids TV/VCR/DVD for movies and video game connection (gaming system not provided). Living and master bedroom are wired for cable, 80+ channels. WiFi is always enabled with Time Warner Cable. There is a patio used for storage of beach chairs, umbrella, Beach Cart and all things sandy, however very few of the units in Fiddler's Cove have a view to speak of. See pictures of patio area. No Smoking. Sorry, No Pets are permitted.

This private community offers ten clay tennis courts conveniently clustered near the villas, on-site tennis pro and two indoor racquetball courts. Courts 6-7-8 have now been converted to Pickle Ball courts. There’s no charge to play for our guests. Plus, you’ll enjoy the two large pools with heated spa and sundeck. The HOA is currently looking to add a second spa at the front entrance pool. Your children will enjoy the tot lots (six playgrounds).

We have arrangements with multiple Bike Rentals to obtain the lowest discounted prices on weekly bike rental prices for our guests. Delivery, pickup, locks and baskets are all included in their bike rental price. All Fiddler's Cove guests has free access to on island fitness club. Just get passes at office near large pool.

We are within walking distance to the beach (approximately 8-10 minute walk with children) and you can take advantage of our beach chairs located on the patio. Very nearby you have access to horseback riding, dolphin watching, boat tours, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and great outlet shopping. Fiddler's Cove has something for everyone!

We have stayed in this unit several times and really appreciate the convenient first-floor entry, close proximity to the pool, and easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is updated and well stocked for preparing simple meals, which we found very convenient. The king-size bed is a rare and much-appreciated feature at Fiddlers, and there is ample storage for clothing without the space feeling cluttered.While the unit is comfortable and meets our needs, it could benefit from some updates, particularly in the guest bathroom where the paint was peeling from the cabinet. We also noticed a small stain on the dust ruffle of one of the twin beds, and the king bed’s dust ruffle had a tear at the seam.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found great value for the price. With a bit of refreshing, this place would be even more inviting.

Wonderful Place Close To Everything

Spacious unit. Cozy patio. Everything you need is there. From the unit it's a 5-minute walk to the beach. The complex is secure. There are two outdoor pools, and a jacuzzi. The indoor rec area has a fitness room with equipment for cardi workouts and a game area. There are charcoal and gas grills located throughout the property. This is a really quiet place to relax and escape the anxieties of life.

Comfortable stay for family with young kids

We really enjoyed our time in Hilton Head as a family of 5. Bonnie’s condo had everything we needed, and she was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the amenities at Fiddler’s Cove, rented bikes and rode around the island, and of course loved the beach. It was a little bit of a walk, which we expected, but it was nice to be in the first floor when we got “home.”

Great condo for our stay. Clean, had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The beach wagon has seen better days - tricky to steer - but that is a minor thing!

The property was absolutely perfect! The unit was very clean. Furniture placement allowed for plenty of storage without making it cramped. Check-in and check-out instructions were easy to follow, and communication with the host was easy and quick. I'm grateful to the host for us feel at home, and I hope we can stay there again next summer.

Nice place, quiet surroundings. Condo was clean and cozy. Close to Walmart, Starbucks and Dunkin’. A short walk to the beach, would recommend having a wagon to carry your beach supplies. Owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

Great Location

The property has two swimming pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse. Security seems pretty good. Regarding this particular unit, some positives and some negatives. Space was adequate. Layout, okay. Overall cleanliness, okay too. The negatives, towels that should be replaced, bed skirt that's ripped to the point your foot will get tangled in it and you will fall. Moldy shower head and tub faucet lever. A sliding glass door that takes two hands to open and close. Patio chairs so dirty you need to cover them with something in order to sit on them. Any additional equipment for the beach is pretty much not usable at all.

Nice time at beach!

The property was perfect for our needs at Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen and the washer and dryer worked well. The extra fan was well appreciate as well since I love fans. The master bed was especially comfortable. All three rooms had nice TVs and access to cable for watching football and Elf, paw patrol as well! I also appreciated the hair dryers and the keyless entry was very handy. 1st floor location was amazing. Very quiet property as well as we hardly heard neighbors at all.
