Only 5 Summer Weeks! Welcome to 175 Jacana Street, the perfect 5 bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom home located in the heart of North Forest Beach. This meticulously designed remodel offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy to allow for the perfect vacation. So much so that it is only available for a few select weeks a year. The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a charming screen porch. The house has entry from the driveway and allows you to walk right in and enjoy. As you walk into the main house it features an open floor plan with high ceilings and tons of natural light. The primary bedroom is on your left with a king bed, wall mounted TV and en suite bathroom . Just across the living room are the other 2 bedrooms in the main house. Each of these bedrooms has a spacious California King bed and wall mounted TV with streaming capabilities. There is a full bathroom in the hall between these bedrooms. Just off the incredible L shaped kitchen and dining area is the screen porch with ample seating. The screen porch is facing the private pool so you can enjoy the ceiling fan and watch your family splash around. In the suite upstairs, you'll find an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a second living room and a convenient kitchenette. This separate living space provides the ideal retreat for guests or extended family members, offering privacy and autonomy while still being within steps of the main house.
