Everything from past negative reviews has been fixed; it was very clean, the beds comfy and all decor is beachy and not outdated at all. The outside space really is an oasis and made this house the reason we chose it, and it did not disappoint! The ping pong table was a sweet surprise as it is not in any pictures. The very short walk to the beach was an awesome as well. The only complaint is that the fire pit is not available so guests should be informed of this. We bought fixings for smores and couldn’t use them. The listing needs to be updated and maybe remove the picture of the fire pit. It’s listed in one place that guests cannot use it, but in another place it’s listed as an amenity. Besides that little thing, this beach house exceeded our expectations and was the perfect place for our families to come together! ##### Melinda S. This property is very spacious, 2 minute walk to the beach, comfortable beds, near great restaurants, pool table, hot tub, pool, upgraded master bath is wonderful, along with design of the interior of the home.
