Loved it! AC quieter than other units as well. Thoughtful touches such as a kit of dishwasher and laundry packets, shampoo/conditioner and soap. Staff also very responsive to our call (AC unit wasn't working on our arrival, but was fixed promptly). Only downsides: no outdoor grill, and shower water pressure is minimal; neither a deal breaker for us. We'll definitely stay here again! ##### Katherine H. We stayed between Christmas and New Years and planned to eat at home a lot because of Covid and the huge number of visitors in HH. While the kitchen had all the basics, we found it to be a little too small, but that isn’t a criticism of the unit- just our particular desires. It’s compact and they don’t describe it as anything else. The oven/microwave is top of the line, but I struggled with it. Guess you can’t teach old dogs new tricks! A couple of small things they could add are a paring knife and baking sheet. Other than that, all the necessary cooking items were there. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in porch and ate most of our meals there. The small washer and dryer were an added bonus. Everything was super clean as well. ##### Susan K.
