It was well stocked with paper towels, linens, etc. However, the beach wagon and toys were the most popular finds. The house was comfortable and nicely decorated. Wow - what a great property! We know this particular location in Sea Pines very well, and love the close proximity to beach and biking trails. The house is more modern than many in Sea Pines, having been built in the last couple decades... rooms are spacious and lovely screened porch and pool area. What really made this visit over the top was BESTNEST by Beverly Serral. To say the property was clean is an understatement. It was by far the most immaculate of any we have rented. Furnishings were very well kept and nicely styled. The home was perfectly stocked: coffee filters, spices, all the cookware/glassware you can imagine, soaps, paper products, laundry products, beach equipment etc. etc. The fees are higher than others, but I can say worth every cent for the level of service. BESTNEST will be our go-to for future HHI visits! ##### David J. This property was great for me and my friends. It is exactly as shown in the ad. Feels private and the decor is beautiful. Loved the pool and the house has beach/pool objects such as floats etc. My only note is that it is a ten min drive from the main Sea Pines gate and the talking trash page in the binder for taking out garbage wasn’t clear. We found trash bins outside the garage door but that door also didn’t lock. Otherwise, it is perfect for a big group. ##### Keshanya C.
