Chaplin Park at Burkes Beach has ample parking, bathrooms, outdoor showers, playground, tennis courts, picnic areas and walking trails. Everything is so nice and clean. It’s a huge home so I expected areas of the home to be overlooked while being cleaned for our stay, but I can honestly say this is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. During our stay, it was record heat and the heat pump had some issues. I contacted the company well after business hours and they responded within minutes. We had a group of 12 of all ages and we had plenty of room. Beautiful house, very clean, beds were comfortable, decorated nicely, games to play. It was a very short drive to the beach. My single (very minor) complaint is there wasn't any cleaning products to clean up our own messes, so just bring your own. It was a great trip, highly recommend! ##### Lena W. Great set up, close to all activities, well furnished with everything u need for a beach vacation. The temperature had drip a little so they heated the pool without me even aasking. The property was great in most ways! We discovered when we arrived that many homes around us were being built so construction noise began at 7am Mon-Fri. Team USA and Team Sweden have been taking this golf trip to Hilton Head since 2000\. It was 3 years since the last time we all joined together due to COVID. This house is perfect! The owners really made it special ❤️ We had 12 people staying and there was plenty of room. Everything so nice and clean.
