Condo sleeps 6, recently upgraded & is located at the HHI Beach and Tennis Resort, oceanfront Admirals Row Bldg. A at 416 Wallace Ladd Road. Condo is on the top floor (4) with a spectacular panoramic penthouse view of the beach, ocean and Olympic size pool and Tiki Bar from both the balcony and inside the condo. This upgraded condo has two bedrooms and sleeps 6\. The master bedroom has a new pencil post bed, new queen-size mattress with an adjoining full upgraded baths. The 2nd bedroom has two new twin beds with a second full upgraded bath located down the hall. There are now 3 new HDTVs in den and both bedrooms, DVD/CD player, armoire, sleeper sofa (double bed) and smaller couch, as well as, 2 chairs in the den. New rocking chairs on oceanfront balcony / porch. New air purifier. The condo is upgraded every year, 1000 s.f., fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, flat top range/oven, 2nd new refrigerator, new microwave, 2nd new central air system, 2nd new water heater, wet bar, & spectacular views of the beach and ocean! The location of the property is great we loved looking at the beach from our balcony, Many thing to do and close by, our kids loved the pool which was great. and we were there during Hurricane Debby, and there was no problems drain in the parking lot work great there was no flooding. now the one thing we did not like is that the cleaning company does not do a good job. cleaning this place when we got there my wife had to basically clean the place again. a lot of dust the on the table and in other places. and the place is outdated the fridge is new which is great and we did a lot of cooking in the condo. we made the best of it. ##### Elber C. We appreciated the space of two bedrooms…my husband and I are not small and we tried the queen bed, but we are so used to the space of a King….we ended up sleeping in the second bedroom in the separate beds! Lol! The view from the balcony was great! I was most impressed with our communication with the owner, Stewart. I don’t think it was a full minute between the time I submitted our reservation that he called us to get the ball rolling. There was a time that the cleaning company had tried to enter to clean thinking the apartment was empty. I texted Stewart and he responded immediately and got things set with the company. The listing is accurate, and the owner very easy to communicate with. The furnishings are maybe a bit dated but still comfortable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable too. This was my family's 10th visit. The room is right on the beach. Needs about $5000 in updates and cleaning. Property potential is very good. Beautiful views. My preference is Coligany Beach area. More action in Coligany than Folly Beach. My opion whatever that's worth. Hilton Head Island is a must visit. ##### Thomas Z. The location & views are amazing. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc. The living room has plenty of seating with comfortable sofas & chairs and the bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The best part of this resort for us is the pickleball. Everyone is super friendly & very inclusive no matter what level you play at. I would highly recommend this resort & this condo! ##### Kathy M.
