This condo is located in Palmetto Dunes, a gated community that is located mid-island between everything that Hilton Head has to offer. Golfing is a staple of the island, as Arthur Hills Golf Course, George Fazi Golf Course, and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course are all within two miles of your front door! The beach is also just a short walk from the pool area, so you won't have to go far for a refreshing day on the sand.

We had a great visit and the condo was amazing. Beds were all very comfortable! A lot of the furniture has been updated since the photos were taken and are very tastefully chosen. Perfect location and enjoyed being right on the beach. Would absolutely recommend!!

We absolutely loved the view! Great view of the ocean and beach from the bedrooms, living room and the balcony! Very clean and very spacious condo! We loved all the amenities! July beach trip

We have stayed at various condos at Palmetto Dunes over the past 20 yrs. This one was arguably the best in all respects. The rooms were well furnished with quality, sturdy and comfortable furniture, the beds were very comfortable , and the bathrooms both recently updated with better than average showers. The little extras were most noticeable, like the Henkel knives in the kitchen that were actually sharp, there was a back-up Keurig in addition to the drip coffee maker, the spacious walk in closets and ample drawers that let us really move in. The only drawback was the balcony was a little smaller than some, but a beautiful view of the property and ocean was delightful at night. In short, everything worked and was just a little bit better than expected.

Perfection on Every Front

Hampton Place is THE Best place to stay on the Island . We have always had a good visit to the Island. However, we have found Hampton Place suits our needs and lifestyle better than any other. The local VACASA team are also exception. Perfect experience all the way around.

Wonderful unit

The property, Hampton Place, is meticulously maintained, every inch is clean and taken care of. This unit, 6407 was terrific, current, clean, well equipped and comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Probably the nicest unit I have rented in the many years of coming to HHI.

Easy access to beach and pool. Centrally located for all activities and needs Property was clean and comfortable. We really liked the luggage carts to transport luggage to and from the unit. All appliances up to date. My family didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo, spacious, very clean and the pictures can not capture the amazing views from every room the oceanfront is gorgeous.The pool area is peaceful and easy to enjoy....3 pools and an expansive hot tub. White sand perfectly manicured beachfront and landscaping is tropical.My Mother's day weekend was heavenly.Nothing but good vibes in all aspects at this gorgeous island rental.

Great location, clean, and wonderful view, But

Wonderful stay but if you except to have coffee on your first morning there were no filters or welcome coffee as many rentals have or if you intend to cook just beware there are no cooking essentials beyond pots and pans. Also, it is a bit of a walk to the elevator if that is a concern.

Great Condo but no beach supplies

This condo was large and clean. It was perfect for a family of four and provided us with plenty of space. The only downside for us was that it provided no beach supplies. Previous condos that we’ve had at the beach will have chairs, umbrellas, toys for the sand, even a beach wagon to carry your things, etc. The only thing this unit has was a portable cooler, so plan on bringing, buying, or renting all the “normal” beach supplies that most other beach condos have. We had a great stay. The pools are nice, views are great, and beach access is very easy.
