3rdRowOcean Palmetto Dunes Dog Friendly Home w/ FREE Pool/Spa Heat Seasonally

Welcome to 1 East Wind!! This five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home is located third row ocean in Palmetto Dunes – it takes only two and half minutes to walk to the beautiful beach! This home is all one level and can accommodate up to fourteen guests.

This home features a private pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through October. Additionally, it is dog friendly allowing up to two dogs maximum - the pet fee is $250 plus tax.

The dining room table can seat up to eight. There is a breakfast table with seating for four plus additional bar top seating in the kitchen. The kitchen, living area and dining areas are all open. The living room has plenty of seating and a 65” flat screen TV. The kitchen has a large island, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Steps away is a wet bar with a wine/beverage cooler.

The second living area has a large sectional sofa and an 82” flat screen TV with access to the pool deck. There is a powder room and washer/dryer located off the main living area.

There are two master suites both with king beds and flat screen TVs. They both have a private bathroom with a double vanity, large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has two twin beds with a 32” flat screen TV. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located just outside the door. Bedrooms four and five each have two queen beds in them and flat screen TVs. They share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

There is a small patio just off the dining area with a gas grill. Being steps away from the beach – this home is ideal for your next Hilton Head Island getaway!

• Distance to Beach: 3rd Row Ocean ~ 2 1/2 Minute Walk

• Private Pool & Spa:14 feet by 28 feet and has a depth of 3 to 5 feet. The pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool/spa heat.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – must reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee

• Parking is available for up to four cars max. Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of passes you request.

NO SPACE FOR WORKING AT HOME. Two at home worker had to improvise. Facility not ready at check in. Had to sit in the rain for 45 minutes. Went into the house even though the cleaners were not finished. Ice maker does not function properly...had to buy ice the entire time.

Great home for our family

Everything was amazing. Pool was the best and plenty of room for the kids. Couple little suggestions... For a 5 bedroom home there should be much more laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and dish soap. I understand buying more paper towels and toilet paper. Thank you for considering the next large family. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you.

Great rental property!

This house fit our needs perfectly! The open floor plan was great for our family. We spent a lot of time by the pool which had a lot of seating and the proximity to the beach was closer than we expected. The property management company was great to deal with too. We will be back to PD and would rent this house again.

Amazing Stay

The house is beautiful and very spacious. Besides the expected linens and bath towels, they also provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. The house has multiple flat screen TVs which the kids loved. The pool is beautiful and was very warm when we were there. The house is super close to the beach which was the biggest selling point for our group. But one of the best things about this house was the property manager. We had a wonderful, seamless experience dealing with them. There was a hurricane when we were there and the manager promptly sent a crew to help clean the pool. They also sent timely reminders about arrival and departures. It was just great to work with them.

Very nice, but not stocked well with basics

Very nice location and very well maintained and clean...however, not very well stocked with basic items...no food at all (salt, pepper, sugar, , oil, tinfoil, plastic wrap, napkins...we had to go out and buy everything...there was only one roll of paper towels and not enough toilet paper...not enough for 10-14 people who are able to stay here)...usually there are basics like these items available...

Great house, nice stay

We have rented 20 years straight. We enjoyed this property very much. Whoever cleaned it was extremely thorough; every corner of every room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Used the hot tub and pool daily. Property management company was extremely responsive, friendly and professional. Had 2 very minor issues (light bulbs, hot tub operation questions) and they responded immediately. Well cared for, large house. Will stay again!

Amazing property!

Everything about this property was A+ It was immaculately clean. Large spacious rooms, amazing gathering areas for our group of 8. The hot tub, pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. Plenty of outdoor seating and lounge chairs. Excellent proximity to the beach. Just a short walk down a beautiful, shady, concrete path which opens up to the most amazing view of the dunes and the white, powdery beach sand. Plenty of restaurants close by and shopping to. This property is as described in the listing and more! Book today, you will not be disappointed. We certainly were not.

Renting the property was very easy. The company managing the property was prompt with their response. We even had a minor issue with the WIFI when we arrived and someone was there within 30 minutes to fix it.

Perfect escape

The home is beautiful. The property manager responded immediately to our few concerns. It’s right by the ocean (3 houses in) and the pool/hot tub were perfect. Our entire family loved it. The area was very socially distanced. In addition, the construction next door was no big deal. Not particularly loud, and could never be heard in the house. Overall, amazing vacation home!

Family vacation 2020

This home is nice. It’s in perfect proximity to the beach which was great because the pool area is small for 12 adults. The furniture around the pool and off the kitchen patio was dirty. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. My only complaint is that there wasn’t much cupboard space to store the items we bought. Other then that the house comfortably fit our family.

Hilton Head Island Vacation Home

This was a fantastic vacation. The home was very clean and spacious. We had 12 people in the house and never felt crowded. The location was awesome. A 2-minute walk to an uncrowded beach was quick and easy. The pool was a great place to relax after a day at the beach or riding bikes around the island. We would definitely stay at this location again. Top notch!!
