The host was communcative and responded quickly to any questions we had. The weather was lovely and the beach was literally less then a 5 minute walk. However, the villa was slightly smaller than represented and did not appear completely renovated. It actually felt and looked "tired" as did the complex as a whole. We were surprised by the entrance and the flights of steps up to the villa. No mention of that in the description. Also, there were no beach towels, chairs or coolers for your beach experience. We made it work, but would be a nice amenity. However, there are cabanas at the beach for rent. Overall, the villa was good and the number one positive was the location!! ##### Sharon S. We unfortunately are not bike riders but would highly recommend it due to all the great riding paths. Lots of pros! Couple of cons but may not matter to some. It is a 3rd story condo, so if climbing stairs are difficult for you. Would have liked a TV that could cast to. But we didn't spend a lot of time indoors but in evening would have been nice.
