• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, Ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 10-12 minutes by bike. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB. In season, there are several Beach Trolley stops within walking distance.

HOW FAR TO HARBOUR TOWN: Literally, just across the parking area! Stroll and sip and shop and even pull up a rocking chair and watch the boats. Or, take a paddleboard yoga class, a dolphin cruise, sing along with Gregg Russell, or climb to the top of the famous lighthouse.

PETS: Sadly, only humans are allowed inside Cutter Court villas.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Fishy Smell

I dont like leaving bad reviews but after property managememt wasn’t any help, I feel I need to warn others. The unit was overall clean but had a strong fish odor. It was present more in the bathrooms and lingered into the rest of the condo. It was bad enough we didn’t want to eat there. After one night of not getting any better we decided to alert property mgmt and leave. They said they would go by and check and told us they didn’t smell anything. I feel like it is easy to dismiss us because a smell is not something you can prove with a photo. Very dissapointing.

Convenient location in Sea Pines

Perfect location to visit for a few days with family who were staying at the Inn & Club. Enjoyed the privilege of using the Harbortown Pool and the beach. The property was as described and had little touches that made things easier (basic supplies like tp and paper towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc). We will definitely look for Best Nest properties for future stays.

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was beautifully stocked also which most rentals are not, such as dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags etc. The location was perfect close to everything in harbour town. Will definitely be back!

Ideal location in a classy condo.

This well decorated condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching preparations for the RBC Heritage Classic. We appreciated the walkability to Harbor Town, the Links Grille and golf course, the pool and racquet club. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the place and how the owner or rental agent had everything you need in kitchen and baths. Place was newly furnished and clean. Only thing with the talk about the air on 72 I was always hot. Hopefully next trip the air units will allow lower temps. One thing the sliding patio door was hard to close. An older couple may have trouble. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely condo. Convenient location, very clean, well stocked. The community laundry is the biggest downside, but they provide coins to help lessen the inconvenience. Overall- I’d recommend.

Best rental Ive ever stayed in

Now that we’re a family of 5, we stay in similar rentals any time we travel, and this is by far the cleanest, best stocked, and well organized rental we’ve ever been in. Instead of a mishmash of beach items, they have a wonderful closet of everything 4 guests would need - including kids beach toys! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with anything you need for cooking. The space is also beautifully and comfortably decorated. The building itself was also clean and tidy. The unit does not have its own washer and dryer, but the shared one is literally just around the corner and was very easy to use (again, quarters, detergent, etc we’re all provided). Paths from the unit went directly to Harbour Town which made getting around extra easy with a stroller and little ones, and the community pool is just steps away - and has restrooms and a snack bar. We booked this last minute because of the great price and we were totally blown away!! We won’t bother searching next time we come back to Hilton head - we’ll book here every time!!

Perfect location

Great condo for myself, my son, and my cousin. Condo is beautiful! Kitchen is a little tight for multiple people at the same time, but it was fully stocked and had everything we could need! Beds were super comfy and we fell in love with the sheets! (Tried to find the brand but couldn’t…bummed about that lol). Would most definitely stay again!

Great condo--limited beach access May-Sept

This was a modern, clean, well-appointed property that makes for a comfortable stay. It is walking distance to the community pool, but Memorial to Labor Day, there is no parking at Sea Pines for condo rentals. We found out after rental that beach access is via trolley 9am-5pm (designated parking lot pickup). We used Coligny public beach/parking, which was not very convenient. It was a pleasant stay, but if you are a beach person, keep this in mind.

Great family trip to Sea Pines

We had a fantastic trip and wish we had a few more days to take in our surroundings and utilize all of the amenities. Our villa was spotless and perfectly ready for use when we got there. The location had easy access to shopping, dining, and bike riding and we couldn't get enough of that! The kitchen was stocked with everything, from beautiful wine glasses to a basket of goodies and bananas to make us feel welcome. We had bikes delivered the day we were coming to HHI and we were able to start exploring as soon as we settled in. We can't say more positive things about our stay in Harbour Town! Our one and only negative comment, which is quite important, is the quality of mattresses. Although covered with beautiful, clean linens, our king in the master not comfortable at all, and we tossed and turned all night. Our 16 yo daughter would also agree. We're not big people, however, the mattresses were pretty well-dented. This is why we gave the general rating 4 stars. Despite our lack of sleep a few nights, we had a wonderful time and would love to visit Sea Pines again, next time in better beds! lol

What A Location

Outstanding location. Steps away from the Harbor Town Lighthouse, shops, bars and restaurants. Easy walking distance to everywhere you want to go and a great community pool. Overall the condo was nicely updated. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was some issues regarding the bathrooms and the fact that you couldn’t put the air conditioning below 72° which made it a little bit uncomfortable to sleep. If you like a cold sleep, not your place. Otherwise it was a great stay.
