Le chauffage défectueux avec le bruit strident du ventilateur; impossible de dormir; nous avons quitté en pleine nuit à 3h AM DE LA MOISSISSURE sur la plinthe de salle de Bain La porte du micro onde était à moitié détruite; il manquait la façade Nous nous demandons s’il y a possibilité de réclamation ou remboursement de la chambre. Nous ne retournerons pas à Cet endroit. Peut on être dédommagés ? Nous espérons qu’Expedia pourra nous aider en ce sens. Étant donné que le prix est intéressant cela amene une clientèle bruyante . Il n y avait pas de tapis a l’entrée de la chambre et comme il pleuvait ns avons mouillé le plancher en entrant notre stock. Les couvertures avaient des brûlures de cigarettes et c etait une chambre non fumeur. La porte de la salle de bain avait des empreintes sales de doigts. Chauffage tres très bruyant. Hôtel pratique car pres de la I-77 mais difficile de dormir vu le bruit et là clientèle. J’y avait séjourné plusieurs fois avant covid, je n’y retournerai plus

Nous sommes restés seulement 1 nuit, l’hotel rdt situe près de l’autoroute. La personne était aimable et le service rapide. La chambre a un vieux tapis. Nous pouvion voir le jour de chaque côté de l’air conditionné, mauvais isolation, l’air froid entrait par les côtes . Chambre de bain très étroite.

Room was very basic but clean. Had little involvement with staff but the person was friendly. A major issue was that everyone someone walked in the room above us it sounded like they were about to break through the floor. Very squeaky indeed. If you stay here demand a room on the top floor.

The motel is completely run down. The room next to us had a broken window and a junk-looking pickup by it. The entire outside needs a complete face lift or at least a paint job. The parking lot is full of giant potholes. The maids do a great job of cleaning but the white interior door is covered with years of grime that no amount of scrubbing would remedy. The pool area looks horrible. I couldn't imagine anyone would ever use it. The whole place looks like a motel that you would take cheap prostitutes to and do drug deals.

The inside of my room's door was filthy from dirty hands. I didnt think the lights on either side of the bed worked. I tried the switch but nothing happened. I found out the next morning from front desk staff thathey worked by motion activation by swiping hand underneath. A little sign by the lights to that effect would have been helpful.

Very clean rooms, however, these are very small compact rooms. The bathrooms are very small and not much room to move around in. Bathtub is child size. Walls are paper thin so you can hear just about everything going on in other rooms. Staff was very nice though. If you’re looking to stay with others I wouldn’t recommend but alone for one person this motel is fine.

Easy, convenient location. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure and hot water in shower. Room has all the amenities you'd expect in this range of motel: fridge, TV, blow dryer, etc. Only two downsides: The heater ran very loud, which woke me up every time it cycled off or on. It was a nonsmoking room, but there was a faint smell of stale smoke (maybe from an adjoining room) covered with air freshener.
