Our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we went up to get our massage that we had rebooked during the week while we waited only to find that they hadn’t booked it so we had to wait 3 hours to get another appointment. The staff at the pool where rarely there so we were only able to enjoy 3 cocktails in the 3 hours we were there"
