No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property. o Guests will use either the rental yard or the road outside to walk the dog to urinate and defecate. Guests will not let their dog relieve itself in the neighbors’ yards. • The dog(s) must be flea and tick free and current on prevention treatment. • As responsible pet owners, Guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog(s) or suffered by any person during Guests’ stay at Lakeside Oasis. • Guests understand that they will be charged accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by dog’s presence or behavior. If there is evidence of non-compliance with the policies stated above, penalty fees will apply.
