« A l'arrivée,la serrure magnétique de la chambre attribuée ne marchait pas.On nous a donné la chambre voisine,sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur,donc sans aération.L'odeur était très désagréable et le frigo fuyait et n'était pas propre.Il a fallu demander à parler au manager pour avoir enfin une chambre convenable.Entre temps,il était 23 heures,et la plaisanterie avait duré plus d'une heure.l'impression laissée est désastreuse. Est ce parce que nous étions passés par Hôtels.com que nous avons été...

« Tout bien, sauf qu'ils nous avaient attribué une chambre avec une porte intérieure communiquant à la chambre à côté de la nôtre. Et le grand soucis c'est que les portes pouvaient s'ouvrir et donc nos voisins auraient pu avoir accès à notre chambre pendant la nuit ou pendant notre absence en journée. Pas très rassurant Nous avons vu avec la réception pour demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait dans la foulée »
