We especially loved the Grocery/Bodega on the ground floor of the property. It was walking distance to most things in Hill City - there was a dedicated parking space. They had communal laundry facilities, which is fine, but then they required you pay with quarters to wash and dry your clothes. This is a high-end property in Hill City, not sure why they think it is appropriate to "nickel and dime" you. Secondly, who has 10 quarters on them to do a quick load of laundry.
