This one-of-a-kind a-frame has a private hot tub with front-row views of the South Zion Mountains! The convertible door on the cabin fully opens, allowing the indoor comforts of this cozy cabin to blend seamlessly with the stunning nature of the red-rock canyons. The 144 sq ft a-frame offers a king-size bed, mini fridge & an open-air concept that helps reconnect human & nature, allowing you to enjoy the stunning natural world around you. The space Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable escape. Our a-frame cabin has one large studio space with an AC/heating unit to ensure a comfortable stay in every season. The private, full-sized bathroom is located in a separate building next to the cabin. One side of the cabin has a convertible window wall that can open and extend out to your private front porch, an amazing way to soak in the red canyon views! This space includes a private hot tub, indoor bathroom, private outdoor grilling area, and fire-pit. We provide everything you could need to enjoy your glamping experience, including: Studio Space: \- King-sized bed \- Bedding linens \- Mini-fridge \-Keurig Coffee Maker Bathroom: \- 2 Bath Towels \- 1 Hand Towel \- Shampoo \- Conditioner \- Body Wash \- Handsoap Outdoor Kitchen: \- Propane Grill (propane provided) \- Salt, Pepper, Olive Oil, Aluminum Foil \- Grill tongs, grill brush, grill spatula, 1 small pot, 1 small pan \- Eating Utensils for 2: plates, cups, bowls, silverware, steak knives, wine cups \- Misc.: French Press, wine/cap opener, 1 cutting knife, 1 cutting board \- Fire-pit w/ 1 bundle of firewood. Hot Tub: \- Towels Your private restroom and shower are located just past the sign designating your parking spot. Note: there are 4 other cabins spaced apart on this property. They're spaced strategically to give you ample privacy, about 10-15 yards apart from each other amongst the trees. Please see the aerial photo in the listing to get a view of the full site. Guest access 🏜 The a-frame is located on a 2 acre cabin site with 5 units total. Each unit has a private bathroom, deck, fire pit, etc. There are no shared spaces. 🏜 There is a rural neighborhood to the west of the cabin and undisturbed public lands - ideal for walking and exploration - to the north. Southern Utah has some of the most renowned ATV riding trails in the country, leaving guests with the possibility to hear ATV's from time to time. 🏜 The land surrounding the canyons is BLM land and open for public use. Feel free to hike directly from our site into the surrounding canyons. Other things to note Check-In: 4PM MST, Check Out: 11 AM MST While you have the luxury of a personal bathroom and king-size bed, please note you are in the high desert and that this experience is still similar to camping. You may experience high winds. In the summer there can be very high-temperature weather and in the winter there can be very low temperatures, please pack accordingly as this will have a large impact on your stay. There will be sand, bugs, squirrels, and possibly snakes that you may encounter. While this is not common, it is still a possibility. Pet Policy: Pets are happily allowed for a flat $75 fee, to be paid at the time of booking. If you plan to bring a pet, there are a few rules that must be followed: 1\. Please inform me in your message if you are bringing a pet. I am happy to host you and your pet, but would greatly appreciate a heads-up. 2\. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, specifically the bed. By booking this cabin, you are agreeing to pay a $75 pet fee. 3\. Please clean up after your pet. If excessive damage is incurred during your stay, we will charge you for additional cleaning/repair fees. If you are planning on streaming videos, we recommend bringing a hotspot. Cell phone service is reliable however we do not provide Wifi.
