We loved the touch of the towels and even toilet paper tied into bows. It was perfect for our family of 3! I will say the stairs inside are a little steep, so just be aware of that. I called the host right away, as I was confused. She called me back promptly, understood my situation, and worked with me to find a solution. after about 30 minutes. she found a property that wasn't ready for checking, but she had her team go and get it ready, within 2-3 hours I had a place to stay for the weekend. and she didn't even charge me for my mistake.
