45 min from Newark airport, 45 min Seastreak Ferry to NYC, steps to 300 acre Hartshorne Woods, Sandy Hook and Sea Bright beaches. Bike, run, hike, swim, grill, boat, catch a Broadway show.  
  
7 night minimum June, July, August. Sorry no parties
