This home has exterior cameras for security purposes. Escape to the tranquility of Hillside Terrace, a beautifully furnished three-level home nestled in Highlands, just under 2 miles from downtown. This spacious retreat offers a seamless blend of comfort and nature, featuring multiple screened-in porches, a firepit terrace, and expansive picture windows that frame stunning mountain views. Main Level: Step inside to a welcoming living room with a plush, oversized couch and a warm gas-log fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The main entrance also connects to the home through a covered walkway from the carport, leading directly into the well-appointed kitchen with elegant cabinetry and a convenient pass-through window to the living room. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area boasts large picture windows and opens onto a screened-in porch where you can enjoy peaceful hillside views. A powder room is conveniently located nearby. The Primary Bedroom on this level features a King bed, a streaming-capable TV, an ensuite bathroom, and its own private screened-in porch for added relaxation. Lower Level: The fully furnished lower level offers a cozy den and kitchenette, perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings. Guests can enjoy a game of table tennis or step out onto the lower screened-in porch for fresh mountain air. This level also includes a Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Outdoor Spaces: This home is all about porch living—there’s a perfect outdoor space for everyone to enjoy. Just off the covered parking area, you’ll find a cozy firepit, and along the path to the main-level porch sits a convenient gas grill. Enter through the charming wrap-around screened porch, which connects the kitchen to the foyer. Here, a comfy porch swing invites you to unwind, while a dining table on the kitchen side makes outdoor meals effortless. Off the dining room, another screened porch offers plush seating and peaceful views of the lush, green surroundings—an ideal spot to relax and recharge.
