This bright and spacious haven blends contemporary design with comfort. Enjoy a manicured private garden overlooking the scenic Chiltern Hills. Family-friendly, with a play area opposite the house. Ideal for exploring the Chilterns, a quick 20-minute train ride to Bicester Village, and only 40 minutes to London. Discover a perfect blend of sophistication and adventure for a memorable stay. The space A premium space that is modern throughout. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor making it easily accessible for those with mobility difficulties. An open plan kitchen and dining room with Smart TV leads out to a private garden with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for summertime. A separate utility room is located next to the kitchen with a washing machine and separate tumble dryer adding to convenience for those longer stays. The large lounge area with patio doors has enough comfy sofas for 8 guests to relax and watch anything they like on the smart TV. Upstairs leads to a King bedroom with ensuite, Double with ensuite, and Twin with ensuite - all with their own storage. Guests will have access to the garage space attached to the house, which is ideal for cyclists wanting to store their bikes. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note DURING YOUR STAY Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. Additional rules \-No Parties \-No Smoking Inside \-Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am \-Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them \-Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise down. The house was full of dead flies, several of the cooking pans were greasy, the vacuum cleaner was full and not working and there were peanuts under the sofa cushions.
