« This house is the reason you choose vrbo over hotels. From the minute I booked it the owners were super friendly in their communication and made staying at their property easy and welcoming. Not only did it feel really clean, but the owners thought of so many ways to make the stay great for their guests. There were little snacks in jars, coffee and creamer, plenty of soap (not just the little hotel bottles, but large refillable ones so you can wash yourself properly), and they weren't stingy on...

« We had a great stay at the property. It was clean however some of the amenties like the ironing board and iron were old and broken. It would also be helpful if the property indicated where the washer and dryer were. Since there was a separate rental in the back, we didn't want to intrude. Also you can hear the traffic but we were able to sleep without issues. »

« This is the perfect family-friendly spot. The host thoughtfully provided amenities, games and toys for our kids making the stay even more memorable. We loved the original cabin vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. « My family all met in Gainesville for an extended long weekend in March and this house was perfect for home base. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed going to local parks, UF, restaurants (satchels pizza) all nearby. The pool was huge and great for the kids (a bit too cold for us adults)! Would definitely return again! »

« This house was perfect. We were in town for a softball tournament in Newberry. We were 20 minutes from the fields and the drive was very easy. Big plus, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes!! Feeding ball players after all day play is a plus!! »
