« I had requested a room with a bathtub in a quiet section of the property and they were able to place me in unit #1, which was perfect! In addition, the restaurant was open for dinner and the chef made me a tiger roll (sushi) and low mein (all fresh vegetables and noodles) It was soooooo good! The hotel was close to the beach. The section where the cross is. Where Hwy 87 ends. It was perfect in every way. I have stayed there 3 times now and would book again. :-) »

« We enjoyed are stay for the weekend at the beach. The front desk employees were nice.
Pros: The room is spacious for my husband in a wheelchair. The beds were comfortable even the bunk beds for the kids. The employees were very attentive on making sure the area was clean. They also provide a black rubber ramp for in front of the hotel room for wheelchair access. The fan attached to the wall helped us sleep comfortably.
Cons: The door to access the toilet and bath/shower area is not wheelchair...

« The hotel was undergoing renovation. If I had known that I would have stayed at another hotel. Not to know this at the time of reservations was not just. To charge full price for a less than fully ready facility was not just.
The elevator was broken. All three guests were 75 and over and no offer was made to assist us in getting to the second floor or placing us on the second floor.
The room was musty.
WiFi was of very low quality and practically unusable. »

« Room had a smell when we first got in, had to buy Fe breeze. Shower had three shampoos, had to go downstairs to get body wash and conditioner. Elevators don’t work in the mornings so you have to take the stairs. Had a 5/5 experience last July 2025 but wasn’t the same this time. All staff member were friendly and helpful so I will give it another try; it could have been just a one time thing. 3/5 stars. »
