« We had a wonderful time, our room is comfortable, clean, and surprisingly spacious!! It was very quiet in the evening and overnight, slept well on a comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the Higashi Chaya District and about a 20 min walk from the station on the flat, so definitely walkable with luggage. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and really went above and beyond, sorting out luggage forwarding for us that made travelling onward much easier! We did opt for breakfast which is...

« L'emplacement est top car situé dans le quartier des geisha tout en étant très calme. L'hébergement est propre, spacieux et très beau. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons trouvé la porte fermée et ne sachions pas quoi faire : aucune indication n'était notée sur la porte. Heureusement, 10/15 min, une personne est venue. Tout est parfait, mais c'est vraiment dommage que l'établissement ne fournisse pas quelques doses de lessive (comme nous en avons eu dans d'autres hébergements moins onéreux...

« Hôtel situé au pied de l'arrêt de bus Katama-Chi. Accessible en 15min de bus depuis la Kanazawa Station. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé par rapport au quartier des Samouraïs et des Geishas. Juste à côté du Kanazawa Castle, et pres de Oyama-Jinja Shrine. Juste en bas de l'hôtel se trouvent 3 konbinis : Lawson, FamilyMart et 7/eleven. Parfait pour depanner si besoin ! La chambre avec des lits jumeaux était tres bien. Assez propre hormis quelques taches sur les draps, et sur la moquette au sol....

"Très bon séjour dans cette hôtel. Le seul vrai problème étant la taille des chambres un peu petite pour une famille. Il faut plutôt prévoir 2 chambres si vous êtes plus de 2 personnes dans une chambre."

"A l'arrivée, je me rends compte que la chambre donne sur la rue et les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage non étanche. Le quartier entier est rempli de restaurants et les odeurs de viande grillée, de gras brûlé, d'ail, et autres entrent dans la chambre à chaque courant d'air. Il y avait des ouvriers de voirie dans la rue, avec compresseurs, qui ont continué à travailler une nonne partie de la nuit. Quand j'ai demandé à la réception s'il était possible de faire quelque chose, la réponse était négative. La fenêtre était fermée. Ils ne peuvent rien faire de plus. Je n'ai pas su dormir avant 2 heures du matin. Par chance, il faisait assez chaud pour que je n'ai pas, en plus du bruit et des odeurs, à devoir mettre la climatisation, bruyante elle aussi. L'hôtel est mensonger en s'appelant "castle" puisqu'il est très loin du château. Beaucoup d'autres hôtels en sont plus proches. Il faut marcher 10mn jusqu'à la gare puis prendre un bus. Globalement, je suis vraiment déçu. "
