"The check in was a bit annoying. We booked through Expedia, tried to add on an extra night. They told us to book through Expedia they would hold the extra night. We had to rebook everything. Then when we arrived we were told we would have to change rooms for our other 2 days. They were quick about changing our new room the next day. They told us when we went to get more coffee for our room the next day that they don’t clean the rooms, even if you stay for a few days. That stopped during Covid. Odd"

"I stayed here during the shoulder season. I was the only person on site. I did not see any staff during my 3 days stayed. No one was around for me to ask where I can get more coffee or toiletries. I think if the hotel is going to leave the patrons to fend for themselves, they would’ve at least leave a key somewhere. "
