The women at the front desk were friendly and helpful when we checked in late at night.
In the morning, the hot chocolate packets ran out and when I asked whether there were more, the woman in charge offered me some from her own office, which I really appreciated.
My only complaint is that the only extra blankets available for the hide-a-bed are thin and scratchy. Another Holiday Inn Express we stayed at on this trip gave us a thicker blanket, same as on the regular beds, and I think that should be standard practice for all hotels.
We did not stay long enough to enjoy the pool. but it looked as though the pool area was big enough to have a hot tub added, but did not have one yet. You may want to confirm that with the hotel before booking, if that matters to you (as it normally does to us.)
