« Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe der Straßenbahn, somit optimal für Ausflüge ohne das Auto. Es war alles da was man braucht, die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. »

« We hebben genoten van een lang weekend in het mooie huis in Berchem. De buitenkant laat misschien anders vermoeden, maar het is een gezellig huis dat met zorg is ingericht. De communicatie met Vicky verliep vlekkeloos en alles was geregeld volgens afspraak. Openbaar vervoer is dichtbij aanwezig, evenals een parkeergarage. Wat onze vriendengroep betreft zeker een aanrader! »

« Ich war mit meinen Freundinnen zu Besuch. Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Wir haben in einem Haus auf drei Etagen gewohnt. Es ist reichlich Platz. Die Sauna auf der dachterasse ist auch super. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah an der haupteinkaufsstraße. Der Vermieter hat mir sehr gute Tipps (velo: station 70 m entfernt) gegeben. Wir überlegen schon, ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. « Bien situé, coin plutôt mignon. A +- 2 km du centre. Savon et shampoing fournis. Bref parfait pour un court séjour en amoureux si on ne ressent pas le besoin de cuisiner ! »

« Notre séjour chez Ann et Paul s’est très bien passé. Paul a été très accueillant et de bon conseil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’appartement est situé dans le sud de la ville, le centre ville historique est très accessible à pied ou en vélo. La petite cuisine est un plus. Encore merci à Paul qui a participé à notre découverte de cette belle ville flamande ! »

« Leuke week gehad in het huis dat erg smaakvol en sfeervol was ingericht. Het Inchecken met sleutel kluisje ging prima. Het is er zeer rustig ideaal om vooral met elkaar te zijn. In het dorpje zelf zijn nog twee leuke restaurants. »

« Nous avons un très bon séjour dans ce logement. Très bien situé et dans une rue très calme. Nous étions avec deux enfants et le parc de jeux a 100m était très pratique. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très arrangeants. Les lits sont très confortables. Il ne manquait rien. L’escalier menant aux chambres en sous-sol est étroit et un peu raide et peut être un peu dangereux pour des enfants en bas âge mais à part ce petit bémol tout était parfait. »

« Place was advertised as a whole house with 2 double beds, in the end it was only 1 room with one double bed, a shared livingroom/kitchen and bathroom. But the owners were understanding and gave us a different room as we couldn't sleep in the Same bed. It was clean and the location wasn't loud at all. Stairs were a bit small, but doable. « Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil. »

« The photos show the accuracy of the home with the exception of the NARROW staircases. Anyone with a mobility issue will not be able to stay in this home without issues. We had multiple heavy large suitcases and rather than unpack and attempt to climb MULTIPLE levels of staircases multiple times for arrival and departure, we decided to lose our money on this rental and we got hotel rooms at the Hyllit instead. Uiteindelijk moest de onderbuurman komen om een de switch in zijn garage weer om te zetten. Wat verder niet goed was: - kast in de keuken kapot waardoor we de spullen niet goed kwijt konden. - te weinig borden, te weinig pannen in de keuken. - een enkel lampenpit aan het plafond, zonder leuk lampje. - vuilnis en lege flessen van de vorige...

« The property never gave us access information so we ended up staying in a hotel. Your company was very unhelpful so we ended up canceling and found other accommodation. Never again. »

« The place was great, a wonderful neighborhood, great public transportation near by. Our hosts were easy to reach and quick to respond. Several lovely neighborhood restaurants, our favorite being Mima’s Gaston Tafel. The view from the balcony made it all the better. We highly recommend it. »
