Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 8 000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) \- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... \- A bedroom with a king size bed (180×200). \- A bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Outside : \- A shared swimming pool (heated) of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual). \- A shaded terrace facing East, on the same level with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, shared with one of the cottages of 4×5m for each, separated by boxes of climbing plants. \- A large enclosed park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared with the other gîtes. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. The gîte is ideally located in Hessenheim, in a very pleasant environment, away from the village in a bucolic setting on the edge of fields and forest. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : \- Tourist sites : Europa Park and Rulantica at 25 mn, monkey mountain, eagles' aviary, city of Colmar (small Venice) at 25 mn... \- Sporting activities: fishing in the vicinity, Grand Ried - cross-border bicycle path at 500 m, kayaking in the vicinity, karting in Sélestat... \- Cultural visits : castle of Haut Koenig village... \- Gastronomic restaurant of the Illwald at 5 mn \- Events : festival summervibrations in Sélestat, Corso Fleuri in Sélestat... Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the property (capacity of 6 places). As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: \- Nearest train station: Sélestat train station located about 10 minutes away by car. \- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located about 25 minutes away by car. Other remarks : \- Sheets and towels included. \- Free Wifi available. \- Pets are accepted, on request and for an extra charge of 15€. There are dogs on the property, so pets must be on a leash in the park. \- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Die Kücheneinrichtung und -ausstattung ist zwar nichts für ambitionierte Hobby-Köche, reicht aber für einen Kurzurlaub völlig aus. Die Rue d'Artolsheim ist allerdings sehr stark befahren, daher ist es nicht eben ruhig dort. Hat uns weniger gestört, weil wir viel unterwegs waren. Séjour de 14 nuits en septembre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Joachim S. 30 sept. 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Schöner großer Garten, Haus mit Flair, leider mit Mängeln Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Gartengrundstück war groß und es gab viele alte und große Bäume, die wunderbaren Schatten spendeten. Der Pool war sehr angenehm und es gab genügend Sonnenliegen. Von der Lage ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen. Dennoch können wir die anderen sehr positiven Bewertungen leider nicht bestätigen. Sie spiegeln nicht den wirklichen Zustand wider, sonst hätten wir nicht gebucht. Das Haus hat ein schönes Flair, liegt aber direkt an einer befahrenen Hauptstrasse, so dass die Autos am Fenster vorbeifahren, wovon in der Beschreibung nichts zu lesen ist. Die Fenster sind schalldicht, aber dennoch war der Verkehr störend und wir haben deshalb die Fenster nur selten geöffnet. Was uns wirklich gestört hat, war die Sauberkeit. Die Terrasse war im Gegensatz zu den Bildern sehr unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. Auch die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber geputzt, alter Staubdreck auf Kabeln und es roch muffig, nach Feuchtigkeit, weshalb ein Raumdeodorant aufgestellt war. Auf den Bildern war die Wohnung professionell ausgeleuchtet. Schade drum, eigentlich alles schön, aber man könnte mehr daraus machen. ##### Joachim S. L appartamento si trova in una tipica casa di campagna alsaziana.Arredato con gusto e in modo piacevole, cucina abitabile, zona giorno, camera e bagno ed una zona esterna sotto un porticato. La residenza ha un parco/ giardino abbastanza grande ed una bella piscina. Al nostro arrivo la pulizia dell' appartamento era sopra la media. Madame Michèle e messieur Calogero, gli host, sono due persone cordiali, gentilissime e piacevoli e ti fanno sentire a tuo agio.
