« Excellente situation de l'hôtel dans le centre historique. Nous avons été surclassés et avions deux chambres qui donnaient sur le Neckar et le vieux pont ( dont une avec balcon). Vue imprenable! Le personnel est au top; attentionné et d'une gentillesse extrême. Seul petit bémol ... un peu bruyant le soir mais c'est la rançon de la situation de la chambre. Si nous devons revenir, nous retournerons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel. »

"​Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par le cadre et l'ambiance rétro de l'hôtel, qui sont très agréables et confèrent un charme unique à l'établissement. ​La propreté de l'hôtel est impeccable, ce qui est très appréciable. Notre chambre était spacieuse, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir à l'aise. ​Un grand bravo au personnel ! Le service a été très bien tout au long de notre séjour, avec une équipe attentive et professionnelle. ​Côté restauration, ce fut un vrai régal. Le repas du soir était bon et copieux, et le petit déjeuner était très bon, offrant un excellent départ pour la journée. ​Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour où le confort, le bon service et une atmosphère chaleureuse sont au rendez-vous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !"

The sheets are worn, as is the room. The fan in the bathroom is extremely noisy: solution is to never turn on the light inside. Cheap but certainly not cheerful "

"Incroyable. Je n’ai jamais eu de petit déjeuner dune qualité pareille, c’était fou. Le spa est très sympa, et pour un samedi c’était peu fréquenté avec une très belle vue sur le château et la ville. La chambre était d’un confort irréprochable. Et l’insonorisation est tout simplement exemplaire. Une de mes meilleures nuits d’hôtel de ma vie, et j’en ai quelques une au compteur ! "
