We were a big family (13). Everything was amazing, the rooms with the private pools, the stuff who did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable. The food options. If we had a problem it was immediately solved. We all had a great time, and shurlly will reserve the place again.

Het resort en personeel zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hadden een privatepool villa wat best prijzig was en wilde ook wat privacy. Maar dat bleek toch iets anders, er gingen veel mensen pal voor ons zwembad zitten en er was veel doorloop. Personeel hielp echt goed en dacht mee, maar voor ons niet wat wij zelf in gedachte hadden voor die prijs. Dus zijn we naar een prive villa in Gouves gegaan. Iets duurder maar zo mooi, groot en prive met eigen zwembad. Het personeel gaf aan dat ze het gebied voor de zwembaden van de villas zouden gaan afzetten volgend jaar en dat ze het begrepen. Al met al zoals ze ons geholpen hadden en een volledige restitutie hebben gegeven van de dagen dat wij er niet waren verdient wel een 10. Denk meer iets van verwachting onze kant op. Maar ze kunnen dit veel beter verhelpen voor de volgende gasten. Manager zeer vriendelijk en werkte volledig mee 👍 dus weg top geholpen.

Good hotel with minor flaws as per 5 stars

Overall good hotel. Rather 4 star than 5. Freshly refurbished family room with very nice, classy furniture and a big double bed. There were some malfunctions in the room on the other hand, eg. dead hairdrier, low water pressure, but fixed quickly after request. Cleaning ok, but could have been more thorough and regular in terms of hours. Shame the pool closes at 6 pm and pool guy spreading chains around at 5.40 exerting pressure to leave earlier. Food ok, quite good variety but without the "wow" effect. Sometimes had to wait for a 4-person table. Bar services overall good with some minuses like bartender unwilling to change one alcohol type for another in a drink from the menu, too few waiters in the evenings when bar was full - had to wait quite some time. Special thanks to Manolis for nice service in the bar and a young cook in the restaurant - super polite and willing to meet guest expectations.

Le staff est vraimemt très gentil et aimable. Le concierge de la piscine m'a toujours aidé à trouver une bonne place près de la piscine. Le personelle nous fait sentir comme à la maison. La piscine est tres belle , avec une bonne vue sur la mere . Le petit dejeuner est tres bon et varié. Les conditions sont parfaites Le point négatif, les gens ne devraient pas pouvoir reserver les chaises devant la piscine a 8h du matin

Beautiful beachfront bungalow with private sunbeds and beach umbrella. All the staff very friendly and professional. Well maintained gardens. Buffet restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with plenty of choice and fresh products everyday. Thanks to Mrs. Dimitra and Mrs. Christina for helping us to organize our late departure! Our 10 years daughter didn’t want to leave and loved all the Sentido cats 🐈

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Service war super, das Personal top. Die Lage ist genial und der Strand perfekt.

Struttura sul mare, con piscine di varia profondita' e un set di servizi adeguati al livello. Purtroppo invece la camera nella struttura separata non e' a livello del 5 stelle dichiarato.Niente da dire sulla pulizia, ma camera piccola, bagno con attrezzatura vecchia e dotazioni da albergo a 2 stelle. Peccato. Le camere nella struttura principale sono migliori(ho visto quella di mia figlia).Purtroppo nella descrizione Expedia non si fa cenno a queste differenze.

God beliggenhed

Man kan altid diskutere antal stjerner, men det er et rigtigt godt beliggende hotel med god bonus for pengene. Dejligt værelse (bungalow seaview) med gode senge, pænt stort værelse og dejlig lille terrasse. Et minus er "all-inclusive atmosfæren" i min optik - men det er jo et spørgsmål om smag og behag.

Was good but could be better

The stay was overall good. There was a flood in our room on the first night we arrived that took about 3 hours to a staff to come to our room. The Hotels facilities are good and close to the sea (you just have to cross the road) all the staff were kind and happy to help. Be aware that if you are no full inclusive you have to pay for the beds at the beach and it’s overpriced (8 euros for a sunbed!!!) while other beaches next to the hotel offered beds and wi-fi for free. Another let down was that we traveled to Santorini and asked for a take away breakfast, what we got was a few pieces of cheese and sausage. While people who traveled with us from other hotels got much better meals.
