Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed rear garden with patio, courtyard and sitting-out area. Bookable private hot tub sessions. On road parking available nearby. Bike store. No smoking.. Ideal for a luxurious or romantic getaway break in Kent, just a short walk from the beaches, pier, station, shops, and restaurants of Herne Bay. The Owner is Ambassador for HCA Health and author of 21 Steps to Unstuck, so all guests have VIP access to The Residency Health Club from £20 per session, which includes Garden Spa Hot Tub sessions for most of the year, paddle board hire, and 60-minute Health Coaching sessions for improved sleep, mood, food, and wellbeing. You’ll receive the guest services menu after booking.  
  
The Vitamin Sea Residency has been finished to the highest standard with an additional refurb in 2022, including a private courtyard garden with sitting and eating areas, a living wall and mood lighting.  
  
Inside, this boutique residence has the luxury feel of a hotel but with all the comforts of home. In the main living space, guests enjoy an oversized comfy sofa with a flat screen TV and a beautifully appointed bespoke kitchen complete with plush velvet seating adorning the handmade acacia wood dining area. Stunning and playful artwork and finishes are designed to nurture and excite.  
  
The bedroom is a stunning space with its gorgeous, rich green leafy mural and carefully appointed lighting, a king-size bed, gold accents and curated aromas. Complimentary toiletries and a rain shower head add to the luxury experience in the shower room. The owners seek to provide ’an exceptional stay’, and it certainly is. A space to relax and unwind after a day of discovering all Kent has to offer, or being nurtured in the Health Club. Tailored stays are as bespoke as you’d like them to be.  
  
Herne Bay itself is loved by visitors for its long stretches of beach, cycle routes, iconic pier, independent eateries, and boutique shops, as well as its entertainment, concert hall, cinema, and arcades. Its legacy lingers in the Victorian bandstand and fragrant seafront gardens. Regular door-to-door concerts (Olly Murs, Tom Jones, and many more) at Dreamland are just 14 minutes by train.  
  
Herne Bay station is just moments from the property, giving easy access to the surrounding coastal towns by rail and a direct route to London Victoria and Kings Cross, Dreamland Margate, Broadstairs and Whitstable. Just along the coast and 10 minutes by car, Whitstable is renowned for its famous oysters and eateries, and the charming Crab and Winkle Way cycle route from Whitstable Harbour.  
  
Nearby Canterbury is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with its world-renowned cathedral, Abbey and shopping precincts. It also hosts one of the UK’s largest Christmas Markets in the grounds of the Cathedral. 40 minutes by car, Ashford Designer Outlet boasts over 100 designer brands and is ideal for covered shopping and dining experiences all year round. #### Not a cottage like it was advertised

The annex was very smart but also very very small and hot too many lights it was not pet friendly as there was no green outside for dogs to walk and toilet plus slipping floors inside and out This was not a pet freindly patio only with fencing Plus owner as a dog next door so dogs harked alot the advertising was misleading Photos show chairs outside i thought it must have space outside but no space at all This annex is not suitable for pets a big dog would not be able to move around lucky my dogs are small Also lots of flys and moths at night Had to leave window open for coolness but because of lights it attracted them i think the owner should not let any dog stat there just adults
