You will be given a unique smart lock code that is only activated for your stay the day of arrival. We are available for anything 7am to 7pm. We always have someone available 24/7 to answer the phone or drive to the property however they won't be able to help with local questions or reservation questions after 7pm. There are three neighbor houses. One of those is a private garage and fenced area on the property away from the house that is private and not part of the rental. There is ample parking for trucks, trailers, cars. No garage space is available but lots of parking for people. Limitations that you should know about. \-requires driving 1 mile on a gravel road. \-There is no garage available to guests. \- Not pet-friendly\* \-There are mountain lions, elk, deer, turkey, and other creatures that wonder through the yard. Please don't try to get close to them or touch them. We had plans everyday but my favorite part of each day was sitting on the front porch watching the sun come up and all the wildlife wander through the yard— deer, bunnies, turkeys, and a variety of birds: mountain bluebirds, blue jays, and more. Additionally, the hosts are incredible. All of the furniture is full-sized and comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. There are plenty of supplies such as laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dishwasher liquid, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, towels, etc. We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and usually you only get the minimum so this is greatly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start and end our days while exploring the Black Hills! Highly recommend!! ##### derek d.
