« This was a very nice condo. The building is nice. It's nice to have access to a pool and fitness center. Overall, the building is a little noisy although this condo was right next to the front entrance and people were coming and going late into the night into the early morning. Management was very quickly responsive every time I had a question or a concern. Short Uber ride to downtown. The condo is stocked with many things like pool towels, wine glasses, dishes, etc. It is a very dog friendly...

« If you want to visit the Gulch area of Nashville, this location is great. Very short drive into downtown. Ubers are very easy to get. Good security. Underground parking structure. Decent workout room. »

« Location was close to Broadway and made getting there simple , if you don’t want to walk Uber is only a few dollars Owner was fantastic to work with from booking to check out. »

« We really liked the property, it was clean and accurately described. The only thing that was irritating was how loud the a/c unit was. It was central air but was located inside of unit. If you would have anyone sleep downstairs it is located next to the couch. »

« We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. « We stayed with sisters and brothers and enjoyed the time in Nashville. The house was amazing and great location to Uber into Broadway. Had a small problem with our drain and the management was there within 15 minutes to fix. Cannot say enough great things about this property. »

« The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable. »

« This was a fantastic place to stay all the way around! The unit is in the historic Spence Manor. The building’s history is so cool, and it was a lot of fun finding out about the building and walking down the same halls where a plethora of music legends had been. « We stayed at Letterpress Loft with another couple to celebrate our 40th birthdays while in Nashville. The cleanliness, location, parking and atmosphere was everything we could have hoped for. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and the nightlife noise level for sleep wasn’t noticeable. However, even if it was a sound machine and earplugs were provided! « Location is perfect as it is about 10 minutes walking distance from broadway's party area, perfect place to stay for all the Nashvile activities. And about 20-25 minutes walking distance from Nissan Stadium for football. Staff very courteous and efficient. Spatious appartment and perfectly clean. I will certainly come back to this place. »
