It was clean and had all sorts of toiletries that you might need, which was a nice bonus. We found it a perfect stop at the end of the long day of riding. It was right off the trail and they made it easy (so we didn't have to go out that day). The communication was great; the place was lovely. They did a great job renovating the mercantile. Only downside was the area was pretty rundown. It was right on the katy trail so if you bike, it would be awesome. This is easily the best place we stayed at, especially considering the price. The room was unique and the fact that the building was a historic. The hostess was very responsive to our few requests. Olga and Monica were incredible hosts, the property was incredible, and we had the best sleep of our lives. The decor was wonderful and they provided incredible products, robes, and a luxury claw foot tub. The room was absolutely gorgeous and we really appreciated how well stocked it was. They had pretty much any toiletry you could need plus a few snacks and drinks. The only downside was that we were woken in the middle of the night by people in another room walking by in the hallway. It would be nice if the rooms had more soundproofing to keep from being disturbed.
