You will stay in the village among locals and some farms. Located on a small-scale holiday park, the chalet offers peace and privacy and here you can enjoy both winter and summer. The lovely terrace and the space around the chalets, makes this the ideal location for your holiday The Millennium Express, Austria's longest gondola, can be found 3 km from this chalet, which faces south. In winter you will enjoy snow-sure slopes and in summer the Mediterranean climate Carinthia has to offer. This region is easy to reach on accessible main roads, so no difficult mountain passes to drive. Ideal for the active winter sportsman, the hiker the sun worshipper and anyone who loves nature and tranquillity. Summers here are warm with balmy summer evenings. The Presseggersee lake is a 15-minute drive away. In summer, relax here by the lake and in the water with temperatures of up to 28 degrees, but also the many activities make this a fantastic region for your holiday. In winter, the region offers everything you need to enjoy the snow, sun and fun in the top ski resort Nassfeld with its more than 110 kilometres of slopes. The ski bus stops on the main road near the park and drops you off at the entrance to the gondola lift. Vorort sind wir sehr enttäuscht über den Zustand und die Lage des Hauses. Unser Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist direkt auf einen ca. 10 m entfernten sehr unordentlichen Bauernhof. Weder auf den Bildern noch in der Beschreibung des Hauses war das so dargestellt. Wir sind echt enttäuscht, da wir so weder den Vorgarten mit Tisch und Stühle, noch den Balkon mit Bergblick nutzen können, denn der Anblick des Bauernhofes ist fürchterlich. So stellt man sich den Urlaub nicht vor. Und nun zum Haus selbst. Folgende Mängel. 1\. Balkontür im OG links schließt nicht. Überall sind Spinnweben, Spinnen und Staub. 2.In der Hausbeschreibung stand---Kaffeemaschine mit Filter, vor Ort ist nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Darauf waren wir nicht eingestellt.3.Der Geschirrspüler war schmutzig und ekelig. Lampe Salz und Klarspüler leuchten und es ist nichts im Haus. Gern senden wir Ihnen Fotos. 4.Im Haus befinden sich gerade mal 4 Tassen. 5.Der Staubsauger ist wegen Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar. 6.Vor Ort war kein WLAN Kennwort hinterlegt (das mussten wir erst telefonisch erfragen), weder noch eine Beschreibung zu den Elektrogeräten im Haus. Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser gemietet, aber so ein schlechtes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Wir sind so enttäuscht und sind am überlegen wieder abzureisen. Séjour de 12 nuits en mai 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Andrej A. 9 févr. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Macken Schöne Holzhütte mit guter Ausstattung, nur zu schnell und schlampig gebaut. Alle Terrassentüren waren undicht wenn geschossen, man konnte durch die Spalte sehen. Elektroinstallationen waren auch ein wenig komisch und das klein Elektroheizgerät würde ich gar nicht in Holzbau stellen. Aber insgesamt ein guter Eindruck. ##### Andrej A.
