In a sunny, idyllic location you will find a wooden house in the Carinthian farmhouse style, in an ecological construction. The apartment: 3 rooms on the first floor, cozy country-style furnishings, up to 4 persons with 2 bedrooms. Large sunny south-facing terrace with private natural garden.  
  
Magnificent views of the mountains.  
  
The centerpiece is the beautiful farmhouse parlor, which is also the living and dining room with kitchenette (oven, fridge, dishwasher, 2-plate hob) and a beautiful tiled stove (free wood). tiled stove (wood free of charge). Central heating also available.  
  
1 bedroom with double bed 1.80 m x 2 m and large closet with direct access to the terrace. 2nd bedroom with comfortable sofa bed 80 x 200cm, extendable to 160 x 200cm, with closet. WLAN free of charge. Bathroom with window, WC and shower. Covered Car parking space also for your bicycles. Washing machine and dryer in the cellar.  
  
Detached house with only 2 apartments. Above this apartment is an apartment that used by another owner as a vacation home.  
  
WINTER: FREE SKI BUS; WHICH TAKES YOU DIRECTLY TO THE FAMOUS AND MOSTLY  
  
SNOW-SURE SKI AREA NASSFELD. With 3 access stations, 110 kilometers of slopes, 30 cable cars, 25 ski huts. Tobogganing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing. Access by car to all stations possible. To the valley station 13 km. Smaller family ski areas: Weissbriach, Kötschach-Mauten and Weißensee.  
  
SUMMER: Lake Pressegger See with 2 lidos. It is one of the warmest lakes in Austria with drinking water quality and a good restaurant. Summer toboggan run, animal park, climbing park nearby. Good train and bus connections. Several restaurants 500 meters away. Direct train connection to Villach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors in Hermagor (5 km). There are 30 lakes within a 20-minute drive. Many family-friendly  
  
leisure activities.
