The promenade and beach are only 100 m away. You get your bread in record time: a baker is right under the house, at the foot of the hill. Apartment 18 is on the ground floor in a southeasterly direction. Due to the difference in height and the distance to the pedestrian zone, it is still quiet and not visible on the street side. So you don't have to be afraid that passers-by will count the rolls on your breakfast table. The size is what matters The 18 sqm terrace leads to the separate entrance of the apartment - no climbing stairs, instead plenty of space for dogs and children. With dark click tiles and rattan furniture, the outdoor area is kept in a lounge style. The seating group is designed for up to 6 people. There are also two loungers available. Restrained furnished, the bright apartment shows its full size: Almost 80 square meters ensure comfort and quality of life even on cloudy days. Modern, open kitchen The focus is on the living area with its modern, open kitchen. Those who like to cook will find the right tools with a microwave, blender, juicer or chopper. With coffee you can choose between traditional filter and modern capsule machines. A refrigerator, dishwasher and a modern ceramic hob complete the equipment. The dining table is designed for up to six people. You can conveniently store your purchases in the pharmacy cupboards - even if it gets a little more. Two new bathrooms If there are more than two people, there can be a traffic jam in front of the bathroom. Our apartment is therefore equipped with two bathrooms - one large and one small. Both were completely renovated in 2018 and discreetly redesigned. They are equipped with hairdryers, illuminated cosmetic mirrors and showers. The contents of every cosmetic bag, no matter how big, can be arranged in the large washbasins. Good entertainment - the living room Make yourself comfortable in the living area on the seating area during a television evening. With HD cable TV, the large 55-inch Smart TV almost feels like cinema. Do you prefer to watch your own films? Einteilung, Aufteilung der Wohnung toll. Optisch alles sauber, beim genaueren Hinsehen nicht so sauber. Terasse am Eingang dreckig und ungepflegt. Habe Verständnis für die Jahreszeit( Ende April) aber Laub vom Herbst und die Möbel ganz schmutzig und der Boden auch. Der Zugang war zudem erschwert, es steht ein Gerüst am Haus, und man musste sich extrem Bücken um da drunter durch zu kommen. Sehr, sehr unglücklich!! Im Nachhinein sind wir auch zum Entschluss gekommen, das wir so viel Technik, Alexa in mehreren Bereichen, nicht benötigen. Den Saugroboter kann man sich auch sparen. Nicht effektiv und sehr laut. Die Lage des Hauses top!! Ganz zentral !! Die Komunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut! Zu gutem Schluss, die Tiefgeragenzufahrt und der Platz sehr Grenzwerten. Sehr, sehr steil und eng. Für unseren hochwertigen Mercedes AMG A45, nicht geeignet. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung weiter zu empfehlen!! ##### Ulrich P. Die Beschreibung muss die Information enthalten, das für Menschen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen, der Parkour von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung mit Koffern kaum zu bewältigen ist. Die Tiefgarage ist für größere Fahrzeuge schlecht erreichbar, was man an den zahlreichen Schmarren in der Wand sieht. Des weiteren, ist die City nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung bietet dem Urlauber alles was er braucht und noch mehr. Außer Toilettenpapier, das war mit einer halben Rolle sehr knapp berechnet. Was die Sauberkeit betrifft, ist noch viel Platz nach oben. Die Information habe ich dem Vermieter gegeben und hoffe das sie an das Reinigungspersonal weiter gegeben wird. Der Garten benötigt auch eine Herbstversorgung. Die Aussemöbel sind schmutzig und die Beleuchtung funktioniert nur teilweise. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder nach Bansin kommen, jedoch nicht in diese Ferienwohnung. ##### Simone P. Alles wurde bis ins kleinste Detail beschrieben. Der Vermieter war sehr höflich und hat immer schnell geantwortet wenn wir mal eine Frage hatten. Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt gelegen und grandios ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gefühlt wie zu Hause, alles war vorhanden und es fehlte uns an Nichts. Man merkt der Wohnung jedoch an, dass sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eine Dusche ist etwas undicht, d.H. der Boden wird sehr Nass, die Silikonfugen kommen in die Jahre und bilden Schimmel, ein Fernseher war nicht zu benutzen, da er kein Signal bekam. An den Betten sieht man bereits die "Fettflecken" von den Haaren, wenn viel im Bett Fern geschaut wurde. ##### Torge W. Es ist alles da was man für die Familie zum Urlaub machen braucht. Es war sehr sauber und technisch ist die FeWo ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Auch die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
