Our apartment is quietly located in the center of Bansin on the island of Usedom, only 400 meters from the beach and offers two people a place to relax (a toddler until 1\. Year of life travels free of charge). Explore the stately imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck along the 8-kilometer-long promenade, relax on the white Baltic Sea beach, bask in the cool waters of the sea or discover the hinterland worth seeing. Whether on foot, by bike, bus or train, the central location offers short distances to the beach, the promenade, the pier, restaurants, cafes, beer gardens and shops and a nearby direct connection to the bus network in the region and the Imperial Spa Express. The train station of the Usedomer Bäderbahn is 1 kilometer away. A free parking space is available right outside the front door. In the basement of the house is a lockable bicycle storage and a communal laundry room with laundromat and dryer for a fee. You get a discount on the entrance fee to the Baltic Sea spa, a popular destination in the cooler season. Apartment Sonnenhof 32: In the living room you can relax on the comfortable sofa in front of the LED TV with Blu-ray / DVD player and radio. The fully equipped open plan kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine includes a dining area with a large dining table and cushioned chairs. The bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and LED TV and a bathroom complete the cozy apartment in the 2nd. Upstairs. On the large balcony from the kitchen and the bedroom, you can end the day with plenty of sun and a glass of wine. A baby travel cot and high chair are available (please register before arrival). If possible, please bring bed linen and towels, but a linen package can also be booked. Pets are not allowed. The host raises a deposit of 50, - €.
