Upstairs. In the 68 m² apartment boasts a sweeping window front. On the right hand, she gives her a view of the village center, left hand on the idyllic Schloonsee. The balcony allows in addition to the lake, through the development a Zipfelmeerblick on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is divided into two separate bedrooms and a spacious living-dining area with adjoining kitchenette, which is excellently equipped. The maritime-style bathroom has in addition to the usual shower tray still a small corner bath. There is the possibility of an extra bed for two more people on the comfortable sofa bed in the living room. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available to the house guests by means of coin machine. The town of Residenz has a small wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, which the guests can use for a fee individually by arrangement. Ideal for relaxing after a beach walk in the fall, winter and spring months. The villa "Stadt-Residenz", completely renovated in 2002, is located in the heart of Bansin, in the 2nd district. Row, no 2 minutes walk to the beach. After an extensive reconstruction with attention to detail, the city residence has been transformed into a comfortable, high-quality equipped holiday villa. Eight stylish apartments of varying size and layout allow for occupancy of 2 to 6 people. The apartments have a balcony or terrace except one apartment with a French balcony. Thanks to the favorable location, the apartments in the upper and attic floors offer partly a double attractive view. On the right hand, the view can sweep over the opposite Schloonsee, left you have a limited view of a Zipfelmeerblick on the Baltic Sea. All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished. The quality built-in kitchens are equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are washing and drying facilities in the house. A parking space is associated with each apartment and is located on the parking lot 50 meters away. Pets are z. T. allowed on request. An additional recreational offer is offered by the on-site spa. The cozy family sauna for 4 people and the spacious Jacuzzi promise pleasant hours in a private atmosphere, especially in the cold season. Sah aufgeräumt aus und etwas geputzt, aber nicht sehr sauber. Im Schlafzimmer ging die Deckenleuchte nicht, in dem anderen Schlafzimmer ist Blut am Vorhang. die Sofas sehen schmuddelig aus. Bettwäsche hatten wir nachgebucht auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Mussten wir anmahnen. Es war keine da. Wurde dann den späten Abend gebracht. Keinen persönlichen Kontakt alles telefonisch. Von 12:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr war Mittagspause für die Übergabe. Telefonisch wird uns dann erklärt, wo wir den Schlüssel finden. Sauna hoch angepriesen, erste Meinung Sauna wird im Sommer nicht angemacht und außerdem wurde gerade renoviert da kann keiner rein. Fotos haben wir leider keine gemacht. Sofa sehr schmutzig. Schlechte Kommunikation, Kurkarten wurden nicht durch den Vermieter gestellt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten auch selber mitgenommen werden. Was aber hier von Vorteil war. Das mit der Bereitstellung der Wäsche stimmte so dann nicht, wurde dank Telefonat im Vorfeld gesagt. Die Wohnung ist sehr veranzt und müsste dringend renoviert werden. ##### Stefanie S. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Tina K. 8 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Empfehlenswert Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, allerdings gäbe es 1-2 Punkte zu beheben.Wäschepaket ist nicht inklusive-das ist nicht klar formuliert. Das Bad mit Blick auf Straße und gegenüberliegenden Objekten hatte keinen Sichtschutz-das geht leider gar nicht.Eines der Betten in einem Schlafzimmer hatte Brandlöcher, sollte dringend getauscht werden. Check-In leider erst ab 17 Uhr und nur kontaktlos, das ist leider sehr spät, da geht der Anreisetag fast komplett verloren. Unsere Fragen nach der Saunanutzung wurden leider nicht beantwortet, Sauna war nicht zugänglich Lage sehr zentral, zur Straße raus etwas lauter, da morgens Anlieferverkehr, sonst alles Wichtige fußläufig erreichbar ##### Tina K. Trotz lelf.Rücksprache über die nicht vorhandenen Badetücher sowie Toilettenpapier und Zusage sich um dieses Problem zu kümmern, war dieses am Abreisetag immer noch nicht geklärt gewesen ( Wäschepaket 40 für zwei Personen). Wir sind unseren Vertragsverpflichtungen nach gekommen. Wäre doch im Interesse der Sache wenn beide Vertragspartner so handeln würden!!!Oder?Mfg ##### Manfred G.
