Welcome to our cozy and charming apartment in the heart of Herceg Novi, a picturesque coastal town nestled along the stunning Bay of Boka Kotorska. Immerse yourself in the rich history, culture, and natural beauty that this Adriatic gem has to offer.  
  
The two units are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a fridge, frizzer, washer/dryer/dish washer appliances, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, paper toilet, paper towel, dish detergent, fully equipped kitchen, a kettle and some spices (i.e. sugar, salt, oil, paper, coffee etc. At the apartment complex, all units include bed linens and towels.   
  
Featuring a garden and views of sea, Adria By The Sea Lux Apartments is a new build apartment located in Igalo, 150 metres from the centre of Igalo beach. With quiet street views, this accommodation provides a balcony. Every room is fitted with a terrace with views of the mountain.  
  
Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment - This air-conditioned apartment comes with 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the well-equipped kitchen, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Boasting a terrace with sea views, this apartment also features a washing/drying machine, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and free WiFi. The unit has 2 beds: one queen in the bedroom and one double in the leaving room.  
  
Deluxe Studio - In the well-fitted kitchenette, guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a tea and coffee maker. This air-conditioned studio is comprised of a flat-screen TV with streaming services and free WiFi, a private bathroom as well as a terrace with garden/mountain views. The unit has 3 beds: one queen and two single.
