A man answered the phone very rudely then hung up on me. They should not be able to treat people this way but, i guess it will continue to happen because i am not getting a refund. So as long as they get paid for treating people like this it will continue to happen. I got a room up the road. This is just not okay. The doors to the room did not seal correctly and had cracks around the edge you could see through. Hot water lasted less than 2 minutes so unless you like cold showers also no good. Hou couldn't use the microwave and the a/c at the same time or it would surge and knock out power to you room. Office attendant refused to answer direct questions and kept repeating the same few sentences over and over for about 15 minutes before he would give me the key. Drug deals going on on property at all times of the day and night.
