A man answered the phone very rudely then hung up on me. They should not be able to treat people this way but, i guess it will continue to happen because i am not getting a refund. So as long as they get paid for treating people like this it will continue to happen. I got a room up the road. This is just not okay. Was absolutely horrible when I checked in guy at the desk kept saying I couldn’t have anyone else in my room couldn’t have no one come hang out with me in my room and that if I wanted to spend time with anyone I had to do it away from the hotel made it seem like I was their for prostitution and etc when I was only there to stay for a night before finishing my trip.
